in case anyone was wondering what ridiculously expensive european art + design magazines i drool over, i’ve decided to list them here. feel in no way obligated to gift me subscriptions to said magazines, but if you’re lookin to throw a few hundred out the window, i’m here to help.
sleek magazine. i fell in love with this magazine when i was living in europe. it focuses a lot on fashion and has german and english translations of the text on each page–perfect for learning! they generally pick two contrasting themes to center the quarterly issue around.

novum. world of graphic design. the 11/11 has a crazy cover. you can watch a “making of” video on their site.
frieze magazine. i found this one years ago at some store in the US and have futilely looked everywhere since. it’s super fantastic and… british.
